Child Safety and Protection

MoyoWangu has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Although MoyoWangu is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, we recognise our responsibility to help protect children and young people from abuse, exploitation and harmful behaviour.

Members must never use MoyoWangu to:

  • Contact, groom, exploit or attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with anyone under the age of 18.
  • Upload, share, request, distribute or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Encourage, facilitate or participate in the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
  • Impersonate a minor or encourage a minor to create or use a MoyoWangu account.
  • Use the platform for any activity that endangers, exploits or harms a child.

Any account suspected of engaging in child sexual abuse, child exploitation, grooming, trafficking or other illegal activity involving children may be suspended immediately while we investigate.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, MoyoWangu may permanently remove the account, preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organisations and other appropriate authorities.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you become aware of behaviour that may involve a child, child exploitation or any activity that places a child at risk, please report it immediately.

Please include as much relevant information as possible, including the member's display name, profile details, screenshots where appropriate, and a description of your concern.

We review child safety reports as a priority and may take immediate action to protect users and preserve evidence where appropriate.

Knowingly submitting false or malicious reports may result in action being taken against your account.

Protecting children is a shared responsibility. MoyoWangu is committed to maintaining a safe platform through age restrictions, identity verification, profile reviews, member reporting, account moderation and appropriate cooperation with law enforcement where required.

We continuously review and improve our safety measures to help detect, prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
